    There are two types of soup stock."Kombu dashi" has a refined taste, with the umami flavor carefully extracted from Rausu kelp.The "Beef Bone Stock" is made by luxuriously cooking beef bones to create a light, light soup with the unique sweetness of beef.For the final course, please enjoy "Chinese noodles" made using Ibonoito's hand-pulled somen noodle-making techniques, or "Inaniwa udon" made using the hand-kneading method.
